For SME Exchange:

1.Companies having at least INR 100 Crores Sales Revenue Per Annum.

2. Existing PAT of INR 10 Crores or above ( or real PAT margin of 10% & above).
3. All sectors (excluding Real Estate, Jewellery, Trading & any other business which cannot grow in sustained mode for a reasonable period of time).

For Main Board Exchange:

1.Companies having Sales Revenue of at least INR 200 Crores per annum.

2. Existing PAT of INR 20 Crores or above ( or real PAT margin of 10% & above)
3. All sectors (excluding Real Estate, Jewellery, Trading & any other business which cannot grow in sustained mode for a reasonable period of time).

Furthermore, we can hand hold any company which is under consideration for the main board to prepare them for IPO over a period of time. We can provide them guidance to prepare for the IPO and arrange interim bridge funding till the IPO goes live.
