Section 43(1): Expenditure exceeding Rs. 10,000 to a single person in a day for asset acquisition is excluded from actual cost, affecting depreciation claims.
Section 80D: Health insurance premium payments in cash are not eligible for deductions.
Section 80G: Cash donations exceeding Rs. 2,000 to charitable trusts do not qualify for deductions.
Section 26955: Loans, deposits, or property transactions exceeding Rs. 20,000 in cash are prohibited, with a 100% penalty under Section 271D for violations.
Section 269T: Repayment of loans, deposits, or property transactions exceeding Rs. 20,000 in cash is restricted, with a 100% penalty under Section 271E for violations.
Section 269ST: Accepting sums exceeding Rs. 2,00,000 in cash in a single day or transaction incurs a 100% penalty under Section 271DA.
